NEED EXPERT ADVICE - Benefit Of Doubt In Three Diffrent False Cases (Act 392)

In 2009 police put three false cases of mobile sneching,Act was 397,392.Those cases are false thats why i recently(2017) acquitted by all cases bt there is acquittal in benefit of doubt in judgement.

I preparing for state service exam(CGPSC).Now some law known person says that state psc disqualify me Because of benefit of doubt.Some says that acquittal is acquittal no to worry.What is reality.pls help.

Is this possible to appeal convert benefit of doubt to honorable acquittal ?
