Need case laws

hello everybody,

I need some case laws (if there are any) to establish that maintenance u/s 125 Cr.P.C. cannot be claimed if the criminal cases instituted by a wife and her represntations to her husband's employers render him involuntarily incapacitated from his earnings reducing it substantially.
