My mother-in-law died. After 10 years 3rd son and daughters are claiming partions in that property. What should we do?

3 SONS AND 2 DAUGHTERS RIGHT ON THIS PROPERTY, AND EACH PERSON EQUAL RIGHT IN THIS PROPERTY SO U GIVE HIS/HER/THEM PART PROPERTY OTHERWISE U GIVE MARKET VALUE AMOUNT OF HIS/HER/THEM SHARE PROPERTY.

If the agreement was not in writing, and they were not party to this settlement, they can claim thier share.
