Need advise

Dear sir,

my sister running diverce case from 3 years..3 months before we got proof his husband married one more girl.. he is living with second wife ..

now we have proof with us..but our lawyer suggested to meet media.. we are not interested to meet media. we changed lawyer now.

but new lawyer asking 50k to proceed this case .. hearing dates came two times lawyer not appeared .. because of him hearing date moving 2 months again..

lawyer asking money before proceeding case .. advance amount 50k..

he is not proceeding further simply making delay only..

i need consultant..

how to move case futher..need consultant for advise

For taking dates in court for 50k is something like buying a sq.ft area in commercial place of any metro cities.

My only suggestion to you:

1. You can also take a date according to your wish on few bucks given to peshkar.

2. Dont pay full payment to any lawyer , always give him in part wise.

3. In divorce case which runs on civil procedure doesnt need any high profile lawyer, simply hire a local seasoned lawyer practising at civil court.

4. Get equipped with cpc and court procedure and guide your lawyer on day to proceeding of your case.

Assist him with your case details and what actually you need from him.

5. You are not having a case of celeberity or any political influencial person that media and stuffs will figure you out at here and there.

6. You have to proceed for exparte if her husband is not responding for such a long time.

7. File an application before HC for 21B speedy trial of your divorce case under Hma 1955.
