I'm a resident of maharashtra. Jumping direct into matter....My cousin has joined the government job on fake caste. We fall under open category and he has obtained caste certificate of OBC category. Under RTI we have got some documents what he has produced for obtaining caste certificate. in which he has submitted a extracts of grand father which were in MODI scriptt ( Old marathi scriptt ) which does not mention the caste..But in affidevite he has submitted saying that scriptt says OBC caste.
We got my grandfathers school Leaving certificate which clealy mentions the caste which is in open category,
My cousin has been since then using/working on this fake caste certificate in government of maharashtra.
Please let me know what is procedure to make complaint regarding same. and How should i proceed for that.
