Respected Advocates/Experts

I had filed a Consumer Complaint against a Builder in Kolkata and the State Commission had ruled in our favour in February 2009. Builder appealed to NCDRC in April 2009. After 3 adjournments granted at the Builder's request, Final Hearing was scheduled on 11/03/2014 but was adjourned to 12/03/2014. Hearing of the case continued till 4.00 pm,  but judgment was reserved (and has not been pronounced  till date). As I was scheduled to leave for Kolkata on the same day, I could not  mention some important points which are however on record. My queries are:

1. Can I submit a miscellaneous application to highlight these points even at this stage?

2.If judgment is pronounced without above points being taken into consideration by NCDRC then can I file a review petition at this stage?

3.If both the above options are not available to me now, then can I file an appeal in the Supreme Court?
