On 4/6/2011 court ordered non bailable warrent 5/8/11 on filing requisete warrant fee widin 3 days.notice to his surety u/s 446 crpc be also issued for date next.
on 5/8/11 accused not appeared in court & court ordred assuch accused is ordered to be summned through proclamation for 3/9/11 on filing requiste process fee widin 3 days.
I am new councel at this stage,his previous counsel did not intimate these order even accused present in the court.now how can file bail,should I file bail application wid surrender of accused.What is the procedure for it.?The fee mentioned in the jugdemnt should file by accused or complainat.Do the surety need bail or not.
