My property area is only 4 cent.front side is road which is 2 metre higher than my property.if heavy rain happen,excess water flowing to other 3 sides which owns different people.this people opposing this water flow.i have no space to store this excess water.how can I solve this problem?Is there any rule to support natural flow of water?Can I approach panchayath office?

excess of water on your land. You can fully utilise it for large Fist pond and make business with Fishes. No panchayat can do justice on your private land. You only can decide what to do or not to do
