Nativity

I'm born on Tamilnadu but studied from Lkg to +2 in Kerala. can I get nativity certificate from Kerala?
plz answer quickly anybody. It's so urgent

You born in Tamilnadu state. But you resided in Kerala for a period not less than 13/14 years. so you may obtain the certificate from Kerala.

Sir can I get nativity certificate from both the states ? is there will be any problem having nativity certificate from both states?
