Hi,
A constructed house which is registered in my mother's name which is situated in coimbatore - tamilnadu. she is not alive. In which case, i want to transfer the property to my name.
I have my father and a married sister.
what is the legal formalities to transfer the property on my name with the minimal registration cost?

U give a application with attach a documents. U and your sister both are legal heirs so both name trasfer in this property. U contect local lawyer for that. Certificate attach with application.
