I booked a property with my wife in joint name with a builder. I took home loan from HDFC. now I am getting divorced and in my divorce settlement we agreed that I will keep the property. As of now property is not registered. I have got NOC from builder and bank both that it can be registered in my name after I provided court order of divorce based on settlement along with settlement and NOC from my wife for the same.
Builder is saying I can get the property registered in my name now, this is fine. Bank is asking to get the BBA endorsed by builder. Builder is saying he wont change anything in past dated BBA. What is the option.
