Name issue

Dear Sir , I am an engineering graduate from SASTRA university , my name in 12th and 10th certificate is S NITIN ,but in btech degree certificate it is NITIN S , I am preparing for civil services , will it call any hindrance while document verifification , I asked the same with the university , they said it is not issue , they do put the initials at the last because there data base formed so . Kindly help with ur advice and suggestions.
