please suggest me we hv registered scty and we get land conveyance also and its registered,
we want to know to change name in property card but after subbmitting all papers to talathi before 11 months they r not transfered in our name pl suggest me what sud we do now.pl mail me on rbbhadoria@yahoo.co.in

U give a registered Conveyance Deed and Index-2 copy with application, then the procidure of 45 days (IN GUJARAT) the name is enter in property card. If the Talati is not agree u meet the Mamlatdar / circul officer for that and know the why your name not enter in property card.
