Name change issue for new employers

Hi,

I would be changing my first name due to my own valid reason. I am aware of the procedure of filing an affidavit and gazette publication for the change to happen in my legal docs such as PAN, Aadhar, Voter ID and passpost.

The QUESTION is, all my educational certificates have my old name and I want to apply for a job with my new name. SO will my new name be considered in the employer HR records or the old name is recorded as per my SSLC (10th class in Karnataka)  marks sheet?

Alsp I want to know if there will be any problem while applying for Visas?

Thank you for giving me this platform for discussion. Any advise is highly appreciated in this regard.

You may give the copies of procedure followed to next employer.

They may agree.

Regarding; you may also check with VISA office. They are to be satisfied in 1st go preferably.

Rest are legalities that may take time.
