Hi,
I am married for the past 2 years and I am still using my maiden name everywhere. I am pregnant right now and on the passport/birth certificate etc of my new born baby I want my new name (both first name and last name) to appear.
I understand that for name change I need to submit an affidavit but I wanted to know if it is essential for me to get my name changed on all MY documents as well? Can i continue using my maiden name?
