1. N.C.R i.e. Non-Cognizable Report..The law of land has classifed criminal offences as non cognizable and cognizable. So far N.C.R as defined under Cr.P.C. is non cognizable offence, which means the police cannot take cognizance or action if NCR is made. 2. As it is understood that police are not bound to investigate if there is a NCR.. Hence the next option available is to file private complaint before the magistrate on the basis of N.C.R report. 3. Hence there is no need to file another N.C.R. even if another NCR is reported then also police are barred by law to take cognizance.

Police is not bound to investigate. You can file private complaint in court or paray to court to order for investigatition in NCR.

File a complaint case u/s 200Cr.PC for the non cognizable offences. You will have to fight the case at your own cost by engaging Advocate. State will not provide you any lawyer.
