My Suggestion - To The Honourable Prime Minister Of India

I have tweeted and also formally sent by electronic and postal methods, the following suggestion,

to the

Honourable Prime Minister of India.

Members, please share your opinion.

< Even if no opinions shared, it is fine, but if opinions shared, keep it healthy please.

you may or may not believe in it, but i feel it is a small but

significant step that will one day become huge enough to connect the

entire Indian Police and Indian Public.

So, no vulgar comments please. let us keep it a healthy exchange of views.

I might forward your view points too and through change.org, start a signature campaign too.

so, please have a healthy approach. Thanks in advance >

Respected Sir

By a formal G.O., WE MAY MAKE IT COMPULSORY FOR EVERY POLICE PERSONNEL ,

FROM THE CONSTABLE TO THE ACP, TO HAVE An E-MAIL I.D. AND DAILY LOG-IN AT THE

POLICE STATION AND MARK ATTENDANCE BY E-MAIL.

SO, DIGITIZE THE FORCE WITH SUCH A INNOVATIVE HABIT. DIGITAL INDIA WITH

TECH-SAVVY POLICE.

LET US START WITH THE HOME DEPARTMENT AND LATER EXTEND IT TO

ALL THE OTHER GOVT.DEPARTMENTS.

THIS CAN BE THE FIRST STEP TO HAVE ALL INDIANS INTER-CONNECTED.

Only opinion available to the Prime Minister is !!! Paper Notifications can never bring Financial Benefits. To substantiate this stand, let us wait and watch for the finance budget for the year 2016-2017,where from all hasty conclusions will travel with reality...

Are you trying to mobilize support to your views and action?  It is not a legal issue that can be taken up for discussion.

NATARAJAN IYER (Proprietor)     03 October 2015

No... I have already sent to the PMO

They have noted my suggestion and replied too.

I posted here for awareness purpose and so people can do the same from their side for a digitized police force.

CM's office has responded and PM's office too has responded. here is an extract. So this answers your query too.

My mission is to highlight to all at LCI to appeal to their respective Govts to digitize the polic force

Respected Sir NATARAJAN IYERji,

I also want to post some suggestion to Prime Minister as well as Finance Minister, so let me know what is the address/e mail etc. Because there is a notification of Reserve Bank of India that all Non Banking Finance company which are previouly required Net owened Fund of only  at least Rs. 25 lacs , now  by RBI this notification required that it should be raised upto Rs. one crore ( 100 lacs) by 31.3.2016 and Rs. Two crore (200 lacs) by 31.3.2017 failing which licence of Non Banking Finance company liable to be cancelled. So it is almost punishing the small NBFC, without their any fault. So I also want to post the suggestion that these guidelines should not be imposed on existing NBFCs'. So that small NBFCs' can also survive by following other all Rules of RBI.

Thanks with Regards,

@ Madhu Mittal.

On a lighter note, haan haan mujhe pathaa hai ki sau lakh ek karod banthae hain.

ha ha ha.

usko aap brackets mein kyon mention kar rahe hain mittal ji

ha ha ha

khyr, ab aathae hain aapke savaal pe.

abhi yeh jo NBFC ke kanoon bane hain, it is for all NBFCs.

Mudra is NBFC.

ab bhai aapko pathaa hai ki mudra as a part of SIDBI and also NBFC ke bill pass ho chuke hain.

So what you can do is, you can write to the PMO at this link. But follow it up with a written letter and send it to Shri.Arun Jaitley, Union Minister for Finance.

Behathar hoga if you can get atleast twenty-five NBFCs to sign that petition and you can post it to Shri.Arun Jaitley.

Seek an appointment and meet him personally and submit a joint.petition.

ab bhai bill toh pass kar diya un logon ne. peeche hatne wale toh nahin hain.

so, probably your option is to seek extension of dead-line and also see if there is any clause in that bill that you can turn to your advantage ( some exemption,...etc etc ).

mujhse poochenge toh i would suggest, extension maang leejiyae.

khyr, you decide how you want to go about it.

here are the links and postal addresses and details.

I have given Finance Minister Shri Arun Jaitley's Personal Secretary's number and e-mail too.

Tell him that you are a group of around 25 micro-financiers and request an appointment, to discuss EMERGENCY SITUATION OF NBFCs.

PMO's link too is there.
But I feel you should reach out to the Finance Ministry.
That is because your post to the PMO would be diverted to the finance ministry.

So better to approach finance ministry first.
But if you want the PMO's link, let me know. I will post that too.

Arun Jaitley is a friendly gentleman. Seek an appointment and meet him.

@ Madhu Mittal

Truly speaking, you should complain at this link. The other options listed above should be secondary.

See and decide.

Here is the main link for you to complain. Direct RBI

https://rbi.org.in/Scripts/helpdesk.aspx

But does your entity come under SEBI or MCA or RBI ?

If MCA ( Ministry of Corporate Affairs ), then here is the link

https://pgportal.gov.in/GrievanceNew.aspx

It is self-explanatory

To see where and how it is classified, chart is here. Links lead to the right place.

This entire document first helps you decide your position in the structure and the authority.
