Respected my seniors, i am studying final year LLb , my mobile number and my son mobile number disconnected without any valid reason till date no due amount pending for those numbers but surprisingly one mail came for me from the said service provider my another number bill have not paid so far that is the reason disconnected ,that issue is internet usage said mobile is basic cellphone how can it is possible to use internet and without internet they have wrongly collected money from me and i have sent email complaint two times to return wrongly collected money and no response from the said service provider but in this issue the said provider not come forward to settle and meanwhile disconnected my another 2 numbers past 21 days with out any valid reason, i am suffering mental stress and heavy loss in my business. kindly advice how to handle this case ,i am waiting for experts comments ........thanks a lot.
