Hi,
I am 27 year old businessman, me and my girlfriend got married on 10th September,2012 in temple and then we register our marriage with talati without knowledge of our parents. I have got marriage registration certificate also. now her parents are emotionally blackmailing her to get married somewhere else. can i file F.I,R to get custody of my wife ? and what happens if she becomes emotionally weak infront of her parents and refuse to bel with me ? what can happen in that case ?
Dude, I know only one thing as an illegal marriage also works when a women gives accord to it and who never ditch the Man on any condition.So,what is this legal marriage.....All depends on girl
In your case if she would become a weaker section then no body can force her to live with you. But yes the registeration and the evidences will protect you once FIR is fired by her parent's.
No legal suggestion will work against the will of anybody. So my sincere advise to you is get the confidence of your girl first as what she want??
If she is ready to live with you then nobody on this earth could go against. And it is always wiser to leave such girls who had no base as they marry with their BF without asking their parent's and have s*x prior to marriage and once their parents fix a groom for her she easily mould towards him. For those girls only d..ick and dollar matters.
