My company not given salary

Hai my name is prakash.... I am working in tuticorin Susee auto limited.... this month he didn't pay my salary... and block my salary, allowances and incentives... but when I ask with my manager he said your performance is not well... but prev month I sold 2 vehicle instead of my target 3 vehicle... I need my salary... I am a pf holder... help me how to claim my salary... what is the procedure on doing legal...

Write a letter demanding the salary in writing. Send the letter through registered/ speed post.

After sending the letter demanding salary, wait for 10-15 days. Even if then salary is not disbursed, you may file a case to recover the amount through legal route.
