My brother registered the grandfather property in his name

Hello,

My father got his property sharing. That was our grandfathers property. My father had five childrens 2 sons and 3 daughter including my self. I'm the youngest daughter of all.

During the time of settlement /partition registration my elder brother got registered in his name the share of our father (grandfather's property). My father was not alive that time and we were not aware of that by that time.

Now my elder brother is also not alive. His sons and daughters are now trying to sell that property.

Do we have (reamaining sisters) the rights to claim our grandfather property which got registered in my brother's name ? what should we do for that.

Need help on this !

Thanks in Advance

Regards

Raj
