Respected all,
My wife filled a complaint in caw cell, delhi. complaint is running in caw cell almost two years. after that she will be agree for MCD. A compromise cum settlement agreement is made and after that advocate prepare the paper for frist motion and frist motion is successfully completed on 27 may 2014. Now when the date of second motion is coming, my father in law and my wife also didnot come and not respond any call till date.
Please suggest what to do and what is the next step to taken ?
