Mutilated document is not admissible in Evidence
With regard to the deposition of Chand Mohan Singh, their Lordships think that it is clearly inadmissible under Section 32 and 33 of the Indian Evidence Act. Even if it were technically admissible the fragmentary condition of the record produced would deprive it of all possible weight.
