My father inherited a property in Delhi as mutation from my grandmother from her registered WILL ( Alotted to her from D.D.A PLOTS Distribution in 1955) With a relinquish deed from all other heirs(Grandfather and all siblings of father).In an unfortunate incidence he is no more with us.We all legal heirs (mother and 3 siblings) wants to transfer this property to our mother name..kindly guide us with the procedures and documentation required to complete this procedure ..We are ready to give our consent.
