I have purchased DDA flat in east delhi with my husband and also have sale deed.This flat is freehold and paid all property tax till date in name of previous owner.
Now , i want to mututaion of my property.Kindly advice me how can i proceed and what type of documents required?

with copy of sale deed, visit various govt. offices like municipality ad city survey for the same.
