Muslim undivided share

HI. I HAVE PURCHASED A PROPERTY FROM A MUSLIM FAMILY WHERE THE THE PROPERTY BELONGED TO THE GRANDFATHER WHO PASSED AWAY AND THE PROPERTY COME IN THE POSSESSION OF HIS TWO SONS. 1 SON HAS PASSED AWAY AND I HAVE SIGNED THE CONVEYANCE DEED WITH THE OTHER SON. THE SON THAT HAS PASSED AWAY HAS A WIFE, 2 SONS, 2 DAUGHTERS. OUT OF WHICH I HAVE SIGNED THE CONVEYANCE DEED WITH THE WIFE, 2 SONS & 1 DAUGHTER. THEN I FIND OUT THAT THE OHER DAUGHTER HAS SOLD HER RIGHTS TO ANOTHER GROUP THAT IS HER SHARE OF 7.29% AND NOW THE OHTER GROUP IS DEMANDING 4 TIMES MORE THAN THE AMOUNT THAT THEY PURCHASED THE HER SHARE. MY QUERY IS WHAT CAN I DO LEGALLY TO GET THE REMAINING SHARE OF 7.29%? PLEASE DO ADVISE

Since you have not mentioned the date of conveyance from person to person is very vague to answer without it. Kindly, provide the details. This is to checkout the limitations and how best your interest can saved.

03.10.2015 conveyane from 1 brother, 2nd brothers wife, 2 sons, 1 daughter to me

15.10.2015 conveyance from 1 daughter to another group

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil/DRT matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt , before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.
