I recently did complaint in MSEB that when my flat is vacant at that time also I am getting more bills. After that MSEB guy came and he checked and told that meter which is on my name (flat#503) is connected to flat # 603(means I was getting and paying flat 603 bill). he asked both flat owners to come office and discuss this with his senior. we went n discussed and MSEB officer told us you do internal settlement and we will get the meters connection exchanged. But now flat #603 owner is not ready to pay me settlement amount saying his flat was on rent and his tenant has left. please suggest a legal way forward so that I get the extra amount which I paid.
The fault is, essentially, with the MSEB; they only could have provided the faulty connection.
