I am looking Memorandum of understanding to between the owner and middle men for sall the property. However owner of the property expecting or qouted Rs.100/- but middel men have the pruchased with higher rate like Rs.150/- . now middel men looking Rs.50/-. his profit.
Now middel men looking to MOU with owener to sell the property at Rs.100/- & letter he can enjoy the Rs.50 his benefit.
So kindly give the format of MOU. how to maket with owen.

1. can we make it regasiterastion in regestrat office.......?
2. how much staump paper we have to take.......?
3. what is legal bounding if future dispute if happen..........?
