mortgage suit

I want to know a person mortgage property in which 2/3rd belongs to him and 1/3rd belongs to minor(her daughter). Whether that mortgage will be valid

Dear querist,

Yes, in case 1/3 share of daughter is mortgaged for benefit of the daughter, He can do anything for his own share.
