Money needed to be spent to transfer Khata to my mom name?

Hi,

After my father death, we need to transfer our house in the name of my father to my mother name. How much needs to be spent to transfer it to my mom name? The house comes under BBMP Bangalore.

U give a Application and attach a Death certificate of your Father, one declaration of your mother for legal heir and as per declaration your mother and legal heir name enter in this property, so this property transfer on your father legal heir name in all records.
