How to stop misuse of stamp papers purchased back dated or even kept purchased on past dates for various purposes by the litigants to manufacture unregistered agreement to sale of immoveable property and file suit for specific performance to harass and portract the true owners having valid RSD?

Dear Amarjit,
In so far issue of Immoveable property is concerned the answer lies in General Clauses Act where any notice in rem impliedly enough to nail down the trouble monger/s.

How can there be unregistered sale deeds of property? Which State allows it?

sorry its not "UNREGISTERED SALE DEED OF PROPERTY" RATHER UNREGISTERED AGREEMENT TO SALE" AND ENTANGLE SOMEBODY INTO LEGAL BATTLE UNDER SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE ACT FOR THE EXECUTION OF SALE DEED.AS FAR AS COLLATWERAL PURPOSE ITS OK !
