My wife filed fake case against me content are totally fake and sec 125 crpc is more vague. she has stolen household articles including legal documents and other valuable items. i have filed fir u/s sec 379, 442, 120B and also informed local police via email regarding fake case with evidence. but these women protection group donot have courage to act promptly. what to do now.
