Missing Parent document

I intend to purchase a property offered on auction under SARFAESI. I understand that the previous parent document, ie. Sale deed fvg the current owner(Bank borrower) has been misplaced by bank. They are ready to get the certified copy. Will there be any legal implications if i take the property in auction. Alternately, what precautions need be taken if the owner himself offers for sale after releasing it from bank
