"Child labour" - another outcome of the vicious circle of poverty. Agreed, we have enough provisions enacted in various acts to combat it. However, it still persists in our society. And that's a brutal truth. It would be to form sweet illusion by expecting conviction rates to steep for this offence.
The only way out is social reformation wherein NGO's would step in and play vital role. Further educational institutions would have to sustain this reformation.
