Mismatching of mother name

sir,

in my service document my mother name is mayawati devi, but in all my educational certificate it is maya devi. In my mother's  voter card it is also maya devi. Further everywhere it will be continuied maya devi.  but there is no provision of change/correction of mother name to maya devi  in my service document , so will there be any problem in future? if it will be , then  suggest solution.
