I am planning to buy a resale flat , on Index II it's mentioned that Flat no 9 on Third floor .
But in completion certificate floors are mentioned as ground then Stealth / First then first / second and then second
According to Plan the said flat in on second floor . can you please suggest what needs to be done in this case
