Upto 12 weeks of pregnancy it can be aborted and is not illegal.

are the terms abortion and miscarriage different? how? a mother who causes herself to miscarry is also punishable.
doesnt it violate her right to life and personal liberty.

Yes abortion is volunatry, miscarriage is un-voluntary.
