Can an indian(mumbai) resident own multiple MHADA residential flats in the same locality in his name ?
If Yes, kindly let me know the rules/section claws under which applicable.
If No, what is the procedure to regularise if there are no dependents/relatives in india .
Would also like to know the details of any penalties applicable.
