Hi All,
1) I have been lead to believe that MHADA no longer undertakes flat transfers around Charkop (Precisely Sector 2) and so if I am purchasing a flat, MHADA evidencing regularization of tenement in my favour is no longer needed Or rather not done by MHADA. Also, NOC from MHADA is not required Is this True ?
2) The Society does not have the conveyence deed, is this Normal and would this affect my ownership upon purchase ? What would the correct course of action be.
3) Not pertaining topic but are we allowed to call up the gentlemen from this respectable forum with our queries ?
