I have a property which is occupied by an unauthorized person and I want to file a
suit for possession suit and also ask for Mesne Profits.
If Mesne Profit is awarded by the trial court, and the unauthorized person wants to
appeal, does this person have to deposit the awarded Mesne Profits to some court
while the appeals are pending?
That is, can he stay at the property for many years while appeals are pending without
paying anything for his unauthorized occupation?
What if he dies without leaving any legal representatives behind?
