Before issue the Caveat Petition the Petitioner had mentioned in Affidavit that Respondent is the STRANGER to the Scheduled Property which Legal Rights the Respondent got through Regd. WILL and the same thing he mentioned after some date he is Legal Heir.
The Petitioner mentioned that the Respondent is the STRANGER to the Scheduled Property and next time he admitted that he is the Paternal Grandson of Ancestral Scheduled Property which legal rights bequeathed generation after generation according to Regd. WILL.
Whether use of word “STRANGER” is Illegal or not according to Civil and Criminal Law. Kindly arrange to give the IPC codes for the same.
