Our Partition was done on plain paper. We filed PARTITION SUIT in Lower court. My (A) opposite party told in court that during signing MOU my father was mentally seek. And partition was not done. There are three parties. We are (B). (A) Told in court that (C) is doing conspiracy with me also.
