Mental harrassment by husband and in-laws

I am a 29 year old lady married since oct 2010. I hav a 2 year old son. I have 2 sister-in-laws Both are married. They live near by my home. So there is a lot of interference from their side right from the beginning. My husband shares each and every thing with them. He fights with me and tell them every thing. She took the benefit of these things. My father-in-law has disowned my husband so that if i get divorced from their son i cannot claim anything. My husband is a very stubborn guy. He never loved me or cares for me. He is concerned only with his sisters and parents. Every time when he fights with me he keeps calling my father my jeejajis and my other relatives. Whenever there is any fight in home my mother-in-law starts tortutring me like calling my parents, insulting them. She always lives in my home so that she can share each and every thing with her daughters. They all altogether tortures me. My sister-in -law wants more money from my parents. My husband wants a luxurious car from my father. he always insults me for these things under the influence of other family members. My life is becoming a hell. I am very much worried for my son. Now these days my husband has started beating me. I am very afraid. He don't want that i should share these things with my parents. Whenever i share these things he starts beating me. I am very much tensed what to do now I am fed up of all these things Some times i even want to die. Please help......

Dear Querist what do you want to know? legally if you want to dissolve this marriage then you should file a domestic violence case against them, file criminal case for dowry harassment against them. if you are unable to maintain yourself then file a maintenance case against them for you & your child. if you want custody of child then apply for this before magistrate in DV Case or file a civil suit under Guardian & Wards Act. you can file a divorce case against your husband. if you want to live with him & not ready to fight legal bettle then forget all things & try to live happily with your husband & in-laws. Feel free to Call
