Respected learned friends i have got one case wherein which the a muslim women filed a complaint alleging offences under section 498A of IPC against her husbands second wife and her parents. my question is whether aecond wife and her parents comes under the purview of " husbands relative " as per section 498A... please do the needfull. thank u in advance

for police complaint aND ACTION PURPOSE ALL PEOPLE ATTENDING A MARRIAGE CAN BE ARRESTED UNDER 498A.
