Present: Plaintiff in person.
None for the defendant.
Vide separate order application of the plaintiff under
Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 CPC is disposed of as allowed. Now to come
up for admission denial of documents and framing of issues on
10.05.2011.

Summon or notices for objection has been published in news paper for wide publicaion.
Despite this none present on the part of defendant. Hence temporary Injunction is granted.
