i need guidance here.
i live in south delhi and on ground is parking. above parking starts my apartment as LG, 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD. as i park my car in the parking, in front of the house there is parking space. i had put a barrier of roda on side and put a chain in front of the house. second time in 9 months MCD has come and broken it saying its illegal. the whole road on which my house is located, there is a clinic just 2 houses away who has encrached the front beyond the space i had, no harm done to him. like this there are many houses with encroachments, but nobody's property is touched, except mine.
what should i do, as i find cars parked in front of house who have not come for us and its a menace now.
