Mcd filed earlier than a year of marriage

Hi

I got married 5 months back this year (2012).

Me and my wife, both have agreed to file MCD by claiming in court that we married last year (2011) in june.

I know its not a right thing to do as we actually are fooling the judiciary system but I dont think that there is

a point of waiting for a year in a dead relationship.

I want to understand that if both the motions of MCD got successful then in future can it be contested with a claim that the dates were wrongly mentioned in MCD (by any othe party)?

What will be the fate of such MCD in future?

If one of the parties contested the case and truth came out then petition would be dismissed and there will embrassment.

Thanks

Actually I awas assuming that once both motions are completed noone can contest it later irrespective of the fact that dates were incorrectly mentioned.

That is what I wanted to know. Obviously if one contest later the truth will definitely come out.

So I should not proceed that ways to avoid future issues.
