If any bank false claim against credit card even after final settlement, sent notice through Lok adalat then what to do? Can Lok adalat take action against the bank for false claim?

No, the customer has to prove that the bank is at fault and then file a suit for damages in civil court or a complaint before consumer protection commission for compensation due to deficiency in service.
