As long as your website provides free services,you can directly hit Internet.But, on the matter of paid services, you need a payment gateway and a merchant bank account.For these things you need to have a physically existent Office.The name of the company must be registered one in ROC before you get an account opened. Also you have to take care of Income tax returns and other financial matters. Before you start a company you will need a MOA/MOU where you will make all the details about the company you are running.

Take advice of a CA/CS.
