my wife is working and now she is 8th month pregnant,her institute is deducting ESI from her salary every month since November 2015,on 8th of this month when she write an application for maternity leave to her principal he denied to allow her to take leave and want her to attend college regularly and she didn't attend the college on medical ground he terminated her services
can we take alegal action against him
